From office operations to on-the-fly retail merchandising enhancements, Counter Intelligence is able to get the job done faster, better and with more accuracy due to our technology. We have developed an application called UME (you-me) which stands for Unified Merchandising Experience that allows for the communication of all Retail Merchandising processes between the Retail Services and the administrators in the corporate head office. It is a data collection, management and reporting tool that completes the communication cycle by allowing the client the ability to view their Merchandising Services information in detail or in an easy-to-navigate dashboard that displays the information graphically. Not only does this information allow our clients to be better informed about how their project is progressing, but they have the benefit of 24/7 access and the ability to make important business decisions on the spot, in real time. This system provides you with what we like to call retail intelligence at your fingertips.
In addition to the UME system, we have equipped most of the 500+ nationwide merchandisers with portable computer tablets for instant access and communication with all of our systems. These tablets allow Retail Services to be instantly recorded, improving the quality of the information that ultimately gets delivered to the client. With instant communication and the ability to scan products and have planograms uploaded directly to the tablets, our clients get up-to-the-minute control over any changes that may occur. The tablets, coupled with the UME software infrastructure, provide that direct connection to your retail product that you need.
